Barbie

I was so excited to be able to take an order this week! I've been wanting to make a Barbie themed cake for quite some time & I was able to make one for this weekend! The cake was for 3 sisters & & the original design was a princess theme. I wanted to create different textures & I decided to just pillow the middle tier & then add an edible shine to create a patten leather look & it looked really great! I know that we, in any business are our own worst critic & most of the time, I am not happy with a lot of my cakes, but lately I have been. This Barbie cake really made me smile & wished I was a kid again. Happy birthday to Christy, Daisy & Tayde! Have a Sweet Day ~XOXO~
