It's something that I love doing & I love it even more when I hear that people that I bake for really love the cake or whatever they've purchased.
This is the second year that I've made a childhood friends wife's birthday cake. Tommy was my older brother's friend & we on most occasions, got along.
This weekend I was able to make his wife a little something sweet again.
For their wedding, they had an Amaretto Cake with Rasperry Mousse filling covered in Buttercream. I didn't decorate it with the colors like the wedding cake & last year it was a bit different.
So....
Happy Birthday Caryn !!!
And thank you Tommy for being such a great friend all these years.
